When we’re on path and on purpose, our response to this is a very reasonable, “Well, duh!”

When we’re confused at a crossroads, the icy fingers of anxiety clutch our heart and we wail, “Which fork? I don’t know! Help me!”

This is the fork you take: The one that feels best to you.

How can you tell? Picture one fork in the road in your mind and ask, How will it feel if I take this path? Wait for the answer.

Clear your mind and picture the other fork in the road and ask, How will it feel if I take this path?” Notice how you feel. Take the path that feels best.

Most of them have seen lots of evidence to the contrary – disappointment, financial woes, lost love – and yet, they shine from the inside out.

Why? Because they know what you Focus on, Expands. They focus what’s best about themselves and their lives.

So their lives keep getting better, their faces look younger … and they’re lots of fun to be around.

It is not just some of us, it is everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others…
